At tea time, around 3 pm
Drinking tea at tea time can ease your tiredness and stress. The caffeine in tea can help you to have a clearer mind and withstand the fatigue of your daily workload. Having habits of drinking tea in the afternoon can strengthen your body’s immune system and prevent getting cold.
After dinner, around 8.30 pm
A lot of people might afraid to drink tea at night, scaring it might trouble us from getting asleep. However, drinking fermented tea (dark tea) could help us on repairing our body’s immune system, heal cell damage and regenerating new cells. This is because nighttime is the most active time of our immune system. Remember not to drink green tea at night if you have any sleeping difficulties.
